1 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1 cup milk
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups blueberries
Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in egg, butter and milk until just blended. Fold in oats, then the blueberries. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin tins until 2/3 full
Bake at 400 for about 20 mins.

I made these for breakfast the other day and they are super yummy! I used to never make blueberry muffins because I rarely buy blueberries. However, I have come to learn that these (and other blueberry recipes) are delicious without the blueberries. We ate ours with butter and homemade strawberry jam. YUM!!
