Creamy Mexican-style Chicken

1 can black beans
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 1/2 c shredded cheese
1 can chopped green chilies
1 T chile powder
3/4 c enchilada sauce
3/4 c heavy cream
4 chicken breasts, cut up

Spray 9 x 13 pan.  Put chicken on bottom; mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake covered 350 for 40 minutes.
Serve over rice.
