Teriyaki Steak Crockpot

2 - 2 1/2  pounds boneless chuck or round stead cut into 1/8' slices
Combine sauce and pour over meat:
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 T oil
1 T sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove of crushed garlic

Cook in crockpot on low for 6 hours.
Serve over rice with pineapple chunks or rings

putting this on my list of crockpot meals to make after the baby comes :) Sounds super delicious and super easy...my kind of meal!
